The HR & Internal Audit area is dedicated to managing and improving the experience of Club members, ensuring coordination and efficiency.
• HR: Manages applications and new member onboarding, gathers internal feedback, and promotes initiatives to improve members' experience within the Club.
• Internal Audit: Plans and monitors the activities of the different areas, ensuring coordination among them and evaluating their performance to make sure objectives are achieved.
