What do we do?

Today, telling the story of what we do inevitably goes through social media: the Club’s initiatives, events, and most creative content take center stage on our pages. Our goal is to transform every experience and every opportunity into polished, immediate content that communicates our message as effectively as possible.

Would you like to join the Photo & Videomaking team?

Expected commitment:
The commitment is around 3–4 hours per week, varying depending on the period and the projects. Availability to attend Club events to take photos and record content is also required, approximately once a month during teaching periods, generally in the afternoon.
Attending events is essential: you will need to create the content and, above all, select and edit it quickly so that it can be published in the following days.

Depending on the role you choose, the following are required:

  • Photo retouching and post-production skills, using Photoshop or equivalent software (Affinity, Pixelmator…)
  • Videomaking and editing skills, using Final Cut or equivalent software (DaVinci, Premiere, Vegas…)
  • Ability to select and enhance images, including for carousels and Instagram content
  • Creativity and visual sensitivity
  • Speed in editing and post-production while meeting tight deadlines
  • Punctuality, organization, and reliability
  • Your own photo/video equipment is strongly preferred; alternatively, you may request equipment made available by Politecnico di Torino

Photo or Videomaking?

You can choose to focus on photography, video, or both, depending on your skills and interests.
